Key Responsibilities.
  • Communicating with potential buyers and sellers, Identifying and qualifying leads, and Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Engage potential buyers and provide comprehensive details on the development, including pricing, size, and location.
  • Arranging and conducting property showings for potential buyers.
  • Presenting properties in a professional and informative manner.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
  • Guiding clients through the closing process and Providing post-sale support and assistance.
  • Stay informed on the local and international real estate market to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients while addressing their real estate needs.
  • Collect and analyze market data across Rendeavour's key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly insights on trends.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document and track all sales activities.

Qualifications.
  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, or in business development with a focus on selling off-plan properties.
  • Extensive professional network in the Kenyan business sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven sales record and ability to build a strong client base.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Nairobi property market.
