Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales and marketing activities, providing customer service, and assisting in training. The day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the marketing team with various campaigns and initiatives. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a healthcare-oriented professional who can push sales and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Background or strong interest in healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and self-motivated.
