We are looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
to spearhead our growth efforts, build strategic partnerships, and expand our portfolio of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our service lines.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, MFIs, fintechs and government agencies.
- Lead the development of winning proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes.
- Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and networking sessions.
- Conduct market research to inform strategy and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
;
Master's or professional certification is an added advantage. - 2+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or client management, preferably in consulting or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage strategic partnerships or consulting engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, proposal-writing, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of East African financial markets and development finance trends is a plus.
