Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an accounting firm or related industry.
