Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. As the Head of Offline Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Your role will involve direct field sales responsibilities, including generating and closing deals, as well as leading and developing a team of sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure continuous sales growth for the team and each individual member.
- Set individual sales plans for each team member and provide comprehensive support to help them achieve these goals.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them.
- Monitor sales agents' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
