Role Overview

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key merchants and stakeholders
  • Utilize lead generation tools to source high-quality leads and initiate the sales cycle
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of deals in CRM
  • Ensure effective management of customer complaints and issues
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a sales or business development related field
  • 8+ years of business development experience in the fintech industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
