Role Overview
Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key merchants and stakeholders
- Utilize lead generation tools to source high-quality leads and initiate the sales cycle
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of deals in CRM
- Ensure effective management of customer complaints and issues
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a sales or business development related field
- 8+ years of business development experience in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
