Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives in the Public Address (PA) Systems division. The role focuses on team leadership, business development, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
Develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and optimize sales strategies.
Provide training and development for team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in PA systems sales, with managerial experience preferred.
Proven track record in sales growth and team management.
Knowledge of the PA systems industry and strong problem-solving skills.
