We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Executive Assistant with fluency in Japanese and English to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in managing the daily operations of our senior executives, ensuring seamless communication between Japanese and Kenyan teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel plans, and logistics for business engagements.
  • Facilitating clear communication between Japanese stakeholders, including foundations, partners, and government agencies.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in Japanese & English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in executive assistance, administrative support, or international business coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
