Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, prospects, and partners via email, messaging platforms, and phone.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Manage and organize customer communication records.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Executive Support:
  • Assist the CEO with managing their email inbox and responding to correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the CEO's calendar.
  • Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Help to organize and keep track of important documents.
  • Real Estate Support:
  • Assist with property listings and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on real estate trends.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
  • Help to maintain the CRM.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework).
  • Few months of experience in a customer experience (CX) role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (preferably in business, real estate, or a related field).
