Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at ICEA LION Group located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's insurance and financial products. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, delivering tailored product presentations, conducting follow-ups, and resolving customer inquiries. This role requires effective communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Client relationship management and customer service expertise
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products or financial services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in time management and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented attitude
