JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVEAbout This Job:Q -SourcingLimited trading as Q -Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firmoperating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya,Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.On behalf ofour client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales Executive to work in Nairobi, KenyaJob SummaryUnder the contract terms and conditions, the job holder shallbe responsible for Sales & Marketing of the client's Brand inNairobi and surrounding region.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Maps markets andidentifies customers/ segments for the Client's Brand.· Generate Business fromcorporate and retail customers; monitors key activities leading to overallincrease in customer satisfaction index in TATA Brand.· Execute the promotionalactivities for the client's Brand.· Creates Clientbrand awareness in the market of jurisdiction.· Follows upcustomers through mail and phone contacts to achieve set sales targets· Penetrates newmarkets and business opportunities for the brand.· Provide marketintelligence to the Line Manager and close deals in the earliest possible time.· Ensure customersatisfaction and comfort with the product.· Attend tradeexhibitions, conferences and submits reports in a timely manner.· Any other dutiesassigned from time to timeKNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:Experience preferable in AUTO commercial vehicle sales. – Preferably the ILCV, Buses and Pickups.Understanding of Auto Industry business is essential.Excellent communication and negotiation skills. IT literate.Customer focused and team player.Proof of previous sales success desirable. Driving skills with a valid driver's license.· Experience ofdealing with Bank / Banking process of asset financing.· Understandingcustomers' business and recommend requirements.· Achieving SalesTargets (As per ABP).· Present monthlyoverall market summary and sales strategy to Head of Sales· Timelyclient communications and deliverables.· Identifying &executing product promotion and branding activities in respective region toincrease awareness and reach. · Daily update ofthe sales pipeline.· Bachelor ofcommerce -Sales, Marketing, or relevant fieldInterestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
