We are seeking a dynamic and results -oriented Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business growth. Job Summary: As a Sales Representative for our animal feeds division, you will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with farmers, distributors, and retailers to promote our products and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the animal feeds market.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.  Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.  Provide clients with product information, demonstrations, and technical support.  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.  Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.  Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or animal feeds industry.  Strong understanding of livestock nutrition and animal feed products.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to build and maintain long -term customer relationships.  Self -motivated, goal -oriented, and capable of working independently.  Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
