HFM is a globally recognized multi-asset broker, known for delivering innovative trading tools, platforms, and top-tier trading conditions to clients worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Business Development Executive in Nairobi, Kenya.

Your role at HFM will include:

  • Actively promote products and services of HF Markets to perspective clients to generate revenues for the company.
  • Traveling to various locations and attends seminars and educational meetings.
  • Contact new Affiliates of the Company to introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate.
  • Achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Business Development.
  • Conduct an induction to new Affiliates regarding their affiliate panel and how to utilize the systems available to them.
  • Inform Affiliates of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiates for a different commission structure.
  • Communicate to Affiliates the various products and marketing campaigns currently active.
  • Validating Affiliate accounts after the Prospective Affiliate has undergone through the Affiliate Acceptance Procedure and the Affiliate Due Diligence and verification of identity procedures which the Company has in place.
  • Use of online software applications in order to have a personal conversation with an Affiliate who might be facing problems while using the website and/or might request further clarifications.
  • Arrange meetings, either face to face or remotely, with Affiliates to drive business development.
  • Checking the Company's reporting system daily for his progress.
  • Carring out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
  • Contributing to a positive and dynamic working environment.


Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • High level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or sales roles will be an advantage.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
