Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Representatives located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. Sales Reps will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include cold calling, setting up meetings with potential clients, presenting products and services, and negotiating contracts. Sales Reps will also be involved in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain Client Relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Software and CRM tools
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or financial industry is a plus
