Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Nairobi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and presenting business proposals. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
  • Must have experience in working within the Construction interiors or related field
  • Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Proposal Writing, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
