Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at our location in Parkside Towers, Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. Additional duties involve maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends to assist clients effectively. The role requires regular follow-ups with potential clients and collaboration with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable products
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and building materials
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
