Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Nairobi County, Kenya, is for a Customer Service Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person. The specialist will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain organized records of customer interactions, and contribute to improving service processes. This role also involves fostering strong relationships with clients to uphold the company's reputation for trust and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer concerns effectively
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills across channels
  • Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented in managing customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and empathetically with diverse client needs
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate or PropTech environments is an advantage
