Summary


We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be pivotal in expanding our partner network and driving demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Executive will work closely with our distribution and OEM teams to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support the growth of our cloud products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge

Stay updated with industry trends, cloud technologies, and our distributed product offerings. Clearly communicate the benefits of our cloud solutions to partners and resellers.

Marketing Strategy

Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies focused on growing our distribution channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and distribution, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Develop marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and increase partner engagement.
Internal Content Creation
Employee Celebrations
Create content to celebrate employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other significant achievements within the company. Coordinate with the HR department to gather relevant information and ensure the timely recognition of employees.

Company Announcements 

Develop content for important company announcements, such as promotions, new hires, and employee spotlights. Ensure that these announcements reflect the company's values and culture.

Internal Newsletters 

Contribute to the creation of internal newsletters with updates on company events, milestones, and employee achievements. Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile content for these newsletters.

Event Promotion 

Assist in promoting and covering company events and celebrations, ensuring that they are documented and shared internally for maximum engagement. Work with event organizers to create pre-event and post-event content.

Employee Recognition 

Support initiatives for recognizing outstanding employee contributions, including developing content for awards and accolades. Help in creating a culture of appreciation and recognition within the organization.

External Content Creation

Content Strategy
Develop and execute a content strategy aimed at reaching potential partners and OEMs. Ensure that marketing initiatives align with CloudHop’s positioning as a distributor and effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with us.
Website Content
Create and maintain content on CloudHop's website to reflect our role as a distributor of cloud products. Ensure that all content accurately represents our offerings and highlights the advantages of working with a distribution-focused company.
Blogs and Articles
Generate blog posts and articles that position CloudHop as a leader in cloud distribution. Focus on industry trends, partner success stories, and OEM relationships to build credibility and trust with potential partners.
Case Studies and Success Stories
Develop compelling case studies that highlight how our distribution model has benefited partners. Collaborate with distribution teams to gather and showcase partner success stories.
Social Media Marketing
Manage and curate social media content to engage with potential partners and OEMs. Create posts that highlight our role as a distributor and showcase our cloud solutions and partner benefits.
Email Campaigns
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with OEMs and prospective partners. Ensure that the content aligns with CloudHop’s distribution strategy and encourages engagement with our cloud solutions.
Video and Multimedia Content
Create video content, webinars, and multimedia materials that educate partners about our distribution services and the advantages of working with CloudHop. Distribute this content across various platforms for maximum reach.
Social Media Calendar Management
Content Planning
Develop a content calendar outlining the schedule of social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Plan content themes, campaigns, and promotional activities to align with marketing objectives.

Content Creation 

Create high-quality and visually appealing content for social media posts, including text, images, graphics, videos, and interactive elements. Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

Scheduling and Posting 

Use social media management tools to schedule and post content at optimal times for maximum engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain an active online presence.

Trend Analysis 

Stay informed about industry trends, social media trends, and relevant news to incorporate into the content calendar. Adapt the social media strategy based on emerging trends and audience behavior.

Campaign Integration 

Integrate marketing campaigns and promotions into the social media calendar to maximize their impact and reach.

Lead Generation

Distribution Focus
Work extensively with the Distribution team and OEMs to identify key markets and potential partnerships. Develop lead-generation initiatives specifically tailored to our distribution strategy. Track and report on the progress and success of these campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting

Provide regular reports on distribution, lead generation, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators such as website traffic and social media engagement. Use CRM tools to manage leads effectively and contribute insights to refine marketing strategies.

KPIs 

Obtain certification in MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for analyzing customer data and driving strategic decisions.
Collaborate with teams to integrate customer insights into business processes.
Support ongoing projects related to customer experience and journey mapping.

Qualifications 

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or cloud services industry.
Strong understanding of cloud computing trends and technologies, with an emphasis on distribution.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Mailchimp, and content creation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
