Prepare budgets, set sales and revenue goals, and implement new product launches.
Maintain marketing activities for visibility, shelf share, and promotions.
Analyze market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and technical departments.
Maintain professional client relationships and supervise sales target achievements.

Requirements

Person Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Professional qualifications or a Master's degree in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.

At least five years of sales and marketing experience, with two years in management in East and Central Africa.

Knowledge of the operations of the regional FCMG industry and a good understanding of East and Central Africa market dynamics.

Ability to manage relationships with distributors and negotiate terms.
Knowledge of customs procedures and experience in budget and business process management.
Leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business development with a proven track record.
Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
Ability to translate market dynamics into actionable strategies and implement them effectively.
Position based in Nairobi with extensive travel required.
