The Customer Experience Executive role involves building trust with customers through open communication to drive loyalty and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial solutions and market trends, with excellent interpersonal skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating customer profiles to provide personalized communication and solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on key investment and financial market events to provide informed analysis
  • Ensuring customer portfolios are accurate and up-to-date, with any issues rectified promptly
  • Providing convenience to customers by informing them of available touchpoints and eliminating barriers to service
  • Promptly receiving, acknowledging, and acting on customer communication
  • Leveraging strong customer relationships to create loyalty and satisfaction
  • Ensuring customers understand and appreciate their solutions, and advising on updates as necessary
  • Updating customers on the status of their products and resolving any gaps in premium payment or servicing
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and propose suitable solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CIM/MSK Certificate or ICX Membership (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and team player
  • Solutions-focused mindset, knowledgeable in financial solutions and market trends, and business acumen
