We are looking for an experienced Invoicing Clerk to join our team. As an Invoicing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process and manage invoices for the company
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure they comply with company policies and procedures
  • Clearance of all Vanmen and sales staff in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile Debit and Credit entries to QuickBooks
  • Resolve customer billing errors and other customer queries
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing issues, discrepancies, and overdue payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that invoice processes run smoothly

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in sales/invoicing management
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Knowledge of popular invoicing and accounting software systems, especially QuickBooks
