**Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team at Nathan HR Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT and tech roles, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:
**
- **Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:**
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for various IT and tech roles through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a good fit with the job requirements and company culture.
- **Recruitment Process Management:**
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and selection.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- **Candidate Experience:**
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with information about the company culture, job roles, and career development opportunities.
- **Market Research and Analysis:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics to advise on best practices and strategies for recruitment.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT and Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT and tech roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
