Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Fashion Sales Director to join our team at TheTalentory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop a sales team.
  • Proven strategic planning and execution experience.
