Sales Representative - Smart Pay Sports Club & Mobile Money Operation

We are expanding our operations to include a cutting-edge mobile money platform to enhance financial inclusion and provide seamless payment solutions for our customers and partners.

 

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting SmartPay's mobile money services and brand visibility for various football clubs in Kenya, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Promote SmartPay's mobile money services to potential businesses and customers.
  • Acquire and onboard new customers, including merchants and individual users.
  • Educate users on the benefits and features of the mobile money platform.
  • Acquire new business to promote brand visibility for football clubs and official games and website at matches and tournaments.
  • Achieve monthly transaction volume and customer acquisition targets.
  • Provide ongoing support for wallet funding, transactions, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends and customer needs.
