Sales Pipeline Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Pipeline Manager to join our team at Smart Sales. As a Sales Pipeline Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing high-performing sales pipelines, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage high-performing sales pipelines, providing coaching and training to ensure their success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales plans, including territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, informing strategic decisions and optimizing sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the business growth or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
