Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects, collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, and developing the sales revenue budget in collaboration with the CEO and Head of Finance and Business Operations.

Additional responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective pricing strategies and revenue management techniques are in place, monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to make data-driven pricing decisions, and resolving escalated customer complaints to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development with 5 years at the management level. They should possess existing corporate networks, especially in the financial services sector/E-commerce, and experience in technology sales, nurturing partnerships, and customer service.

They should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, ability to influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner at the senior levels in the organization, superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, flexibility and adaptability, innovative and creative thinking skills.
