We seek an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at a law firm in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Keeping the office environment tidy and organized.
- Supporting the procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- Completing errands and delivering messages as required.
- Handling reception duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and interacting with visitors.
- Providing administrative support with typing, data entry, and other tasks as delegated.
- Contributing to general clerical activities as needed.
- Education: Degree or Certificate in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administration.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
