JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition:Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.Sales Process Management:Present and promote Rama Homes' properties to prospective clients.Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their needs promptly.Sales Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Market Knowledge:Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client preferences.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning and goal setting.
